Notice of Annual General Meeting

Subject to qualifying criteria, members are cordially invited to attend the next Annual General Meeting of Saluki Welfare to be held on Sunday 23 July 2023 2pm-3.30pm

This meeting will be held on Zoom and joining instructions will be provided to confirmed attendees.

INFORMATION

A full AGM pack including an agenda and accompanying documents will be provided to all who book to attend. The business to be conducted on the day includes the Chair’s annual report including an update among other things of our new logo that you can see here on this Notice, financial statements, warden reports, and the election of up to two committee members to serve for two years with an option for an additional two being co-opted until the AGM 2024 (note: there are no vacancies currently for any officer role).

Saluki Welfare as a charity depends on the contribution, collaboration, and goodwill of those who support the efforts and objectives of the charity. Having dedicated resources to help our work is important. We are keen to have people join our growing team of volunteers. We invite anyone interested in joining the committee to please complete the accompanying nomination form.
